Here's How to Order!

Ordering car tyres:

Enter the tyre dimensions and the speed index you require and choose the type of tyre - e.g. winter or summer tyre - and any special characteristic the tyre should have, such as reinforced or commercial "C" type. The order process automatically assumes you require a set of four tyres. If you require a different number of tyres you have the chance at the bottom of the page to change the number required. Now click on the button, "Search for tyre".

You will then be presented with a list of suggested tyres with availability and price. Under "Details", you'll find further information and a photo of the product (if it's available). At the bottom of the page, there are links to even more tyres in the size you are looking for. You can bookmark a tyre by clicking on, "Save for later", or if you have already made up your mind, click on the link, "Buy now".

After you have clicked on the, "Buy now" button, you'll land on a new page where you will find a list of the tyres you have chosen. At this point, you can make any alterations to amounts or delete items completely from the list - plus there's some useful information on this page about purchasing. Here, the order process splits up, offering you a chance to purchase either using our secure server or the unencrypted version.

Ordering spare parts:

In the first stage of the ordering process, from the drop-down list, choose the manufacturer for the vehicle for which you require the parts. Alternatively you can enter the VIN / chassis number or the engine number. You will then land on a page where all the models made by your chosen manufacturer are listed. Click on your vehicle and then narrow the search down even further by clicking on the year.

In the next step, choose the category from which you require the parts for your vehicle and then keep narrowing the choice down until you find the part you are looking for. You should now see a list of suggested parts with availability and price. Under "Details", you'll find further information and a photo of the product (if it's available). At the bottom of the page, there are links to even more parts of the type you are looking for. When searching for rims, enter the required dimensions for the rim you are looking for and click on the button, "Search for rim". You also have further options, for example, such as choosing between steel or aluminium rims.

After you have clicked on the, "Buy now" button, you have to enter and confirm the make and model of your vehicle. You'll then land on a new page where you'll find a list of the rims you have chosen. The Order Process:

In this view you can see the customer details you have already given us. Please check that the information here is correct and if necessary, you can enter a different delivery address for this order.

In the second step of the process, your complete order and delivery address information is shown summarised along with your chosen method of payment and you have the chance here to enter any remarks and / or to enter an order reference number if required.

The process is then completed after you enter your name and click on the button "Complete purchase".
